I am participating in a contest to win one ticket to a music festival in France and I am supposed to submit five things that I would take with me on that festival. These things have to be funny and original. Answers like socks, umbrella, tent would not help me at all.
This summer i’m going to a music festival and i’m taking my acoustic guitar… I’m trying to think of some good songs to learn.
I’m only grade 3 so nothing too hard. I want to learn some well know classic rock songs.
I’m going to Homebake in Sydney (yay!) at the beginning of december. I’ve never been to a music festival before. Even though it only goes for one day, it’s about 12 hours long and it’s going to be verrry hot (summer here in Oz). So my question is, if you have been to a music festival, what did you wear? I want to be comfortable, and I’m a bit worried about getting sun burnt. But we are planning on going clubbing afterwards so I’m having trouble finding an outfit that will suit both.
What kind of permits and money would I need to get a music festival rolling? Also, how do you book large musical acts?
I’m going to a music festival in a few days and I have no idea what to bring.

I’ve never attended the Korean Music Festival at Hollywood Bowl, but I’m planning on going this next year, so I’ve got a few basic questions (yes, I’ve checked the site, but I want more info).
What date is the festival?
What do the tickets usually cost (I’m assuming they vary by seat choice)?
When do they announce the artists for the festival?
If you’ve gone, did you stay at a hotel close to the venue?
